Www.thelostbox.com items are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. No one is perfect, however. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change you mind. That's why we have an 30 day return policy that states if for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Www.thelostbox.com within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice.


Upon arrival at www.thelostbox.com’s shopping site all returned items are inspected. "We would like to make a note that this refund policy is only for Www.thelostbox.com items from the Website. You will be refunded to the full cost of the merchandise, but not the shipping charges & service fees. If the return is not a result of our error* and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees.  Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from your return to Www.thelostbox.com. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return items, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

Food items:
Food items, i.e: consumables, spices, herbs, oils, vinegars, candies, etc are not returnable.

Returns Due to Our Error:
We inspect each and every item before it leaves our store. Of course due to carriers treatment of packages items can become damaged during shipment. We strongly suggest shipping insurance to help protect loss or damage after your item has left our store.
Defective items and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty of course. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund, if the product is not simply damaged.

International Return Policy & Return an Item:
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise will be refunded. After 30 days, Www.thelostbox.com will not grant an credit card refund on the items returned.

Returned after 30 days:
We may not grant refunds on the items returned after 30 days. Please talk to us first for an authorization. We may grant a store credit, but you must have authorization before the item is returned. If an item is canceled before shipment, we will refund all funds except the credit card fees. We will deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund as described in the returns policy at the top of the page. If your item is damaged we will send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item in the Www.thelostbox.com company package within 30 days from the date you initiated the return, or your account will be charged full price for the replacement item.

What else do I need to Know?
Since Www.thelostbox.com deals with popular affiliates, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will either give you a refund or allow you to choose another product instead. Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy). Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after Www.thelostbox.com receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one the two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement. Complete, detailed instructions on how to return merchandise can be found on the reverse side of your invoice in each shipment.
